The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from choosing a non-standard shipping method), within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged for the reimbursement.
You are required to return the goods within 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if the goods are shipped before the 14-day period expires.
Returned items must be:
• Unused and in good condition
• Complete with original packaging, accessories, labels, and seals
Unless otherwise agreed or in the case of an error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Custom-made or personalized products
• Sealed goods not suitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons once opened
• Perishable goods or items with a limited shelf life
• Sealed audio/video recordings or software once unsealed
• Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals
Returned items must be handled with care. If the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we reserve the right to deduct a proportional amount from the refund.
