Warranty and Replacement Policy

Warranty Coverage

All electrical products sold by MCC ROIERS FZ LLC are covered by a 24-month warranty starting from the date of delivery.

Customers who choose to purchase the optional extended warranty of 1 additional year will benefit from a total coverage period of 36 months.

If an electrical component is found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault within the warranty period, the product will be replaced free of charge.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from:

• Accidental or physical damage
• Normal wear and tear due to regular use
• Improper use, incorrect installation, or negligent handling
• Unauthorized repairs, tampering, or product modifications

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

After contacting us, you will receive an automatic response. Please reply to that email including a short video clearly showing the issue (for example: device not turning on, not charging, or malfunctioning).

If it is not possible to provide video evidence, we may request that the product be returned to our warehouse for inspection.

Important Notes

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
• Returns sent via cash on delivery (COD) will not be accepted
• Only claims that meet all warranty conditions will be reviewed and processed
